I am so excited to offer this opportunity to empower you to create the body and life you desire! I know we will have fun with this process, and you will be on the leading edge. Soon, you will have your own Before and After pictures and others will be inspired by your amazing life changes.
March, 2007 -I am beginning a research coaching module.
Do you:

This research coaching module will include:
- Cornerstone Session
- 4 Weekly individual coaching sessions of approx. 30 min.
- Quick check-ins
- * 5 Group Enlightened Health teleclasses
- Group Email
The program will be conducted entirely over the phone and thru email/snail mail.
* Teleclasses held live during day hours (Central time zone), but recording available after.
Others have already made easy changes to their lives, dropping pounds and inches, after participating in the original Enlightened Health workshops. I'm thrilled about the awesome possibilities with the new focus on the Law of Attraction, and combining the workshops with individual coaching.
Because the results of this research coaching module are valuable to me and my ongoing program, this will all be included for a very small fee that will be in place to insure participants' commitment to the process.
